We are seeking an Experienced QA Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our Manual and Automation Testing. You will collaborate closely with our QA Lead to design and implement robust QA processes, ensuring our SaaS solution (Backend: Java, Kotlin; Frontend: AngularJS, Angular) continues to exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a Greenfield environment and help shape the future of our QA team.
Your Goals
- Build and enhance our QA practices to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
- Drive the adoption of manual and automated testing methodologies across our development pipeline.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Lead to establish and implement QA strategies for Manual and Automation Testing.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software issues to resolution.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members as we expand our QA capabilities.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in QA Manual Software Testing.
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing practices for SaaS platforms and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Zephyr or similar.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Fluent German would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems or financial software would be considered an advantage but is not a must have.
- Proactive, organized, and excited to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions make a real impact.
- Must be eligible to work in Austria (EU National, Red White Red Card Holder, Blue Card).

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 53.802,– taking into consideration the appropriate classification according to the valid IT collective agreement and the willingness to overpay based on qualifications and professional experience.
